Collection: INKTOBER 2025 — “LIGHT AND SHADOW, A NOSTALGIC JOURNEY”

By Carmen Sáez Ortega

The Inktober 2025 collection is an illustrated emotional diary: 31 ink drawings , created day by day, that explore the most intimate corners of imagination and memory. It is a series where the classic and the contemporary, roots and fantasy, wounds and solace coexist.

A month to delve into my own light and shadows

Central concept: Light and Shadow

More than an aesthetic resource, here light represents memory, protection and revelation; shadow, the wound, mystery, introspection.
In each work there is a point of tension between the two. That balance is the heart of the series.

  • Direct work, without corrections: one-take pieces full of vibrant energy

Micro-stories that coexist in the series
