“When Light Is Born From the Explosion” is an ink work that speaks of the moment when we face our own demons.
That moment when something breaks inside... but not to destroy us, but to release what was trapped beneath the surface.
I've always felt there's a secret beauty in emotional chaos: an intensity that, far from destroying us, reveals us. In this work, I represent that inner explosion we sometimes feel when we stop running away and face what hurts us.
The explosion is not the end: it is the beginning.
The butterflies emerging from the scene symbolize the transformation that occurs only after passing through darkness. Rebirth. Newfound freedom. The light that appears precisely when everything seemed to be collapsing.
This drawing is part of Inktober 2025 , a collection where I work with intense emotions, symbols of change, and visual metaphors that speak of inner growth.
