Shipping policy
Carmen Saez Illustration will ship your order on Thursdays after your order has been paid, unless it concerns a public holiday. With a bank transfer, it applies within 2 working days after the amount has been credited to our account.
Check your personal data before processing the order. The company is not responsible in case there is any errors and the delivery could not be made. Then the client needs to bear the cost of new shipment in case of returnning to the studio.
