Refund policy

Changes or refounds are not allowed, except for those items that have a printing defect.

If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact us before the order has been completed and shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the logistics company, the return shipping, the return costs are provided by the buyer.

If you reject the order in logistics, we will return the part of the sheet, not the transport. If you want to send us the package yourself, we will refound the amount of the sheet, once we verify that the item is in good condition. When you receive your package, check that the envelope is in good condition. if not, please contact us, but we recommend you not to receive the package.

If your package has arrived in bad conditions, please contact us via email. I will ask you a photo of the item to check its condition and we will verify with the logistics company.
