The Spirits of Color – A Tribute to Studio Ghibli

Studio Ghibli Collection – Original Oil Paintings
This collection brings together four original oil paintings inspired by the timeless worlds created by Studio Ghibli. Each work is a tribute to the emotion, atmosphere, and visual poetry of these films, reinterpreted through Carmen Sáez Ortega's pictorial language: color, light, and narrative symbolism.

Each piece has been created using traditional oil painting techniques, exploring the gestural quality, layers, and emotional depth behind each character and scene. These are not illustrations: they are contemporary art interpretations , designed for collectors who appreciate the beauty, narrative, and sensitivity inherent in oil painting.

All works are unique, painted on professional canvas, varnished, signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Works included in this mini collection:

  • My Neighbor Totoro – Oil on canvas

  • Howl's Moving Castle – Oil on canvas

  • Princess Mononoke – Oil on canvas

  • Spirited Away – Oil on canvas

Perfect for collectors of original art, Studio Ghibli lovers, and those who want a unique piece that connects film and painting.
