Refund policy

Changes or refounds are not allowed, except for those items that have a printing defect. 

If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact with us before the order has been completed and shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the logistics company, the retourn shipping, the retourn costs are  provided by the buyer.

If you reject the order in logistics, we will retourn the part of the sheet, not the transport. If you want to send us the packet yourself, we will refound the amount of the sheet, once we verify that the item is in good condition. When you recieve your package, check that the envelop is in good conditions. if not, please contact us, but we recommend you not to receive the package.

If your package has arrive in bad conditions, please contact us via email. I will ask you a photo of the item to ckeck its condition and we will verify with the logistic company.
